* Only one partner works at a time while the other partner rests and motivates.
Beginner
Three rep max testing:
Back squat 3RM
*Testing the three rep max is safer than the one rep because it will be easier to preserve form and technique due to less weight being used. We will use a calculation to estimate your one rep max based on your three rep max.
Metabolic conditioning:
Complete with a partner –
60 Inverted rows
80 Box jumps
120 V-ups
140 Hip tosses
*Only one partner works at a time while the other partner rests and motivates.
