- Warm up
- 1×8 @ 30%
- 1×5 @ 50%
- 1×3 @ 60%
- 1×2 @ 70%
- 1×1 @ 80%
- 1×1 @ 90%
- 1×1 @ 95%
- 1×1 @ 100%+ or new PR.
