How do you lift an elephant ?
One movement at a time!

The average adult elephant weighs between 6000 and 13000 pounds. This game involves lifting that weight from ground to overhead. You can break it down into as many repetitions as needed, using as many movements as you like.
 
We tackled this in teams of two this morning. It took us about 35 minutes to lift the animal. We did cleans, snatches, kettlebell movements, sandbag exercises, and wall balls.
