15 Chair dips (sit in a chair and place your hands on the edge of the seat. Next scoot your butt forward until its off the chair so that your arms are supporting your upper body. Once you are sure you have a good grip on the chair, lower your hips toward the floor by bending at the elbows. Raise yourself back up and repeat.
